Design

 

A new “Flight Jacket” based on the US Navy's “G-8” jacket.  
The body width and sleeves are generously cut, preserving the essence of the flight jacket.  
While retaining its distinctive details, the flap pockets have been repositioned lower for easier wearability. The hem features a wide rib to cinch the waist, creating a rounded silhouette. The single-layer construction without lining allows for lightweight wear even in warmer weather.

The warp thread is made from the world's highest quality silk from Bratac in Brazil, and the weft thread is made from fine 72-count double thread. The fabric has a subtle sheen and an elegant luster, while also retaining the softness of wool. The black silk is paired with dark charcoal wool to create a rich, deep color. The natural wrinkles from the one-wash process add a casual touch to the luxurious material.

アメリカ海軍のジャケット”G-8”をベースにした新型「Flight Jacket」。
身幅や袖をたっぷりさせ、フライトジャケットの良さを踏襲。
特徴的なディテールは残しながらも、フラップポケットの位置を下部にずらし着やすいデザインに変更しました。
また裾は太めのリブでウエストを引き締め、丸みのあるシルエットに仕上げました。
裏地がない一重仕立てなので、暑さが残る時期でも軽やかに着用できます。
