Design

DUFFLE COAT" is a typical coat using melton fabric. This piece combines a traditional item with toggles and the design of the "MA-1," which boasts particularly high popularity among military wear.
The casual details of the duffel, such as the shoulder yoke, hand warmers, and pockets with flaps, are accented by the intrepid details of the MA-1.
The silhouette is slightly roomy in both shoulder and body width, but is finished in a basic fit that can be worn for many years.

DUFFLE COAT" with a traditional and elegant look and "MA-1" sleeves are combined to create an unlikely piece of clothing. The duffel design, which has a somewhat cute feel, is tightened up by the intrepid details of the military, making it an item that is easy to wear in both casual and mode. While the bold combination shines through, it also has a rich versatility that can be worn in a variety of ways.
The "MA-1" is a symbolic item from the brand's founding period, and has gained the support of many people for its faithful reproduction of the original down to the fabric, parts, and sewing, and for its meticulous design. This time, too, the attention to detail is the same as back then, and the high quality with a sense of style is appealing.
The combination of melton and nylon is also unique. The combination of different materials is comfortable, and will easily fit in with your everyday coordination.

100% ORGANIC WOOL

Melton fabric made of organic wool from Argentina, South America. It is lightweight and supple, and is more comfortable to wear than ordinary melton. The fabric also features an elegant luster and a smooth texture derived from the material.
The nylon used for the sleeves is 66 nylon twill, woven at a factory in Fukui Prefecture using imported yarn developed by the Dupin Company of the United States in 1935. The same material as used in vintage flight jackets is reproduced, giving this item a realistic look and feel that cannot be produced anywhere else. It is softer and has a silky texture than ordinary nylon fabrics made in Japan.
