The “Guillaume Jacket,” named after a poet, is a new model crafted with advanced tailoring technique.
Sewn at a specialist factory, it uses a full canvas construction, with the canvas intentionally made visually perceptible as part of the design. The canvas edges are carefully taped for comfort against the skin. Shoulder pads are kept thin, creating a subtly dropped shoulder line. Details such as the collar’s clean roll and close fit, the minimalist design without a chest pocket, and the perfectly judged length all incorporate an essence reminiscent of French classic tailoring.

An original fabric made from Argentine organic wool.
Brought into Japan in sliver form and spun at a factory in Kyushu into fine 80-count yarn. While two-ply yarn is typically finished with S-twist, this fabric intentionally uses a reverse Z-twist, creating a crisp, dry hand and a subtle sheerness. Though a twill weave, it offers greater breathability than typical gabardine, staying cool even in summer—along with a beautifully fluid drape.

詩人の名を冠した「Guillaume Jacket」は、高度なテーラード技術を用いて仕立てた新型。
専門工場で縫製し、裏地にはフル毛芯を用いた本格的な構造を採用。その毛芯をあえて視覚的に感じられるようデザインしています。毛芯の端はテーピングで丁寧に処理し、肌当たりにも配慮しました。肩パッドは薄く設定し、わずかにドロップするショルダーラインに。襟の吸い付きや返りの美しさ、胸ポケットを省いたミニマルな設計、そして絶妙な着丈のバランスなど、随所にフランスのクラシックを想起させるエッセンスを落とし込んでいます。
