Design

 

“Worker Jacket,” rebuilt from a work jacket base into a three-dimensional form.
Ample ease is given through the shoulders, body, and sleeves, while cinching toward the hem creates a short silhouette that draws an inverted triangle.
Large action pleats are placed on the back, balancing a design accent with ease of movement. Detachable leather is used at the collar, and angled besom pockets are placed neatly at the hips. Cinching the hem tabs also allows the silhouette to be varied.

“Organic Duck,” a fabric newly developed this season.
It uses rare brown cotton traditionally cultivated in the headwaters region of the Amazon River in Peru. Because brown cotton fibers are extremely short and difficult to spin on their own, it's blended with white organic cotton to ensure strength. Four strands of 20-count yarn are twisted together and woven into a substantial, tough duck fabric.
The Natural Brown colorway, which makes the most of brown cotton's natural color, is left undyed — a distinctive trait of natural material is that its color gradually deepens with UV exposure. While it starts with the firm crispness characteristic of duck fabric, it grows softer and more supple with wear, becoming more comfortable to the body over time.

ワークジャケットをベースに、立体的なフォルムへと再構築した「Worker Jacket」。
肩幅や身幅、袖幅にたっぷりとゆとりを持たせながら、裾に向かって絞りを入れることで、逆三角形を描くショートシルエットに仕上げています。
背面には大きなアクションプリーツを配し、デザインのアクセントと動きやすさを両立。襟には着脱可能なレザーを採用し、腰にはハの字に配した両玉縁ポケットをすっきりと配置しています。裾のタブを絞ることで、シルエットの変化も楽しめる設計です。
