The “Waistcoat,” designed around the functionality of moving hands-free.
In addition to angled single-welt hand-warmer pockets, a hidden zip pocket is placed beneath the yoke—four pockets in total for strong carrying capacity. The front uses a dual closure of buttons and a zipper; the facing is top-stitched down on the outside as a subtle accent, and the fastening method lets you tune the styling nuance. A low-set adjuster belt at the back cinches the waist to form a three-dimensional silhouette—balancing function and sculptural beauty.

Uses a fine 80-count hemp yarn, spun from carefully selected premium raw material at a mill that carries on the techniques of the renowned Irish linen house “Hardman.”
Among hemp—whose price has risen in recent years—an 80-count fineness is exceptionally rare. Woven in Japan into a high-density typewriter cloth, it balances crisp structure with supple flexibility. Thanks to its tight construction, hemp’s natural antibacterial and deodorizing properties, as well as UV protection, are expressed even more effectively. With hemp’s characteristic crispness and dry touch, it stays off the skin even in sweaty weather, remaining comfortable through midsummer.
デザイン
手ぶらで動けるという機能性を起点に設計した「Waistcoat」。
斜めに配した片玉縁のハンドウォーマーポケットに加え、ヨーク下には隠しファスナーポケットを配置。計4つのポケットを備え、収納力を確保しています。
フロントはボタンとファスナーの二重構造。見返しを表に叩き付けたデザインが程よいアクセントとなり、留め方次第で着こなしのニュアンスを調整できます。
背面には低めに設定したアジャストベルトを備え、ウエストを絞ることで立体的なシルエットを形成。機能性と造形美を両立したベストです。
