This dress is an adaptation of the “snow parka,” an item used by the U.S. military for camouflage in the snow.
The length has been shortened while maintaining the generous body and sleeves.
The hood is double-layered so that it stands up nicely and the silhouette around the neck is smartly adjusted. The hood, waist, and hem spindles are made of elastic and do not feel tight when squeezed. In addition, a stopper is included to make it easier to squeeze and add a bit of decorativeness.
