Organic cotton from Turkey is used. This cotton gabardine is woven with high-twisted, irregular yarns in both the warp and weft. The moderate jaggedness and unevenness of the fabric surface give it an old-worn look. A strong stone bio treatment has been applied to give it a chalky look.
