This dress is an adaptation of the "snow parka," an item used by the U.S. military for camouflage on snow.
The length has been shortened while maintaining the generous body and sleeves.

The hood is double-layered for better standing, and the silhouette around the neck is smartly adjusted. The hood, waist, and hem spindles are made of elastic and do not feel tight when squeezed. In addition, a stopper is included to add ease of squeeze and a bit of decorativeness.

A zipper and pockets are given to the front mane so that it can be worn on its own, with a liner for warmth. The cuffs are ribbed for added windproofing.
