14/-丸胴天竺 Insonnia project x marka Tee ”Salvador Dalí Ⅱ”, Black
Insonnia" designs knitwear with a focus on MADE IN JAPAN. This item is a collaboration with "Insonnia Projects," a popular label that specializes in knitwear and cut-and-sewn clothing.
The motif of this work is based on T-shirts sold as souvenirs at American museums in the 1990s. The front of the T-shirt is printed with a painting by "Insonnia Projects" that has been certified by the Salvador Dali Foundation. To better represent the work of the "genius" Dali, the print was made with a high-resolution rubber print.
The T-shirt used for the body is a marka original. The thick fabric, neck reinforced with octopus binders, cuffs, and hem are all details seen in American T-shirts of the 90's. The T-shirt has a loose shoulder width and body width.
The sleeves are long enough to reach the elbows. The large silhouette allows you to wear it comfortably, and the fit fits the mood of today's fashion.
Artist T-shirts from the 1990s are rapidly rising in price on the vintage clothing market. This item in collaboration with "Insonnia Projects" is one that brings out such exuberance!
This is a reproduction of an American body maker's T-shirt from the 1990s, based on the motif of the souvenir T-shirts sold in the souvenir corners of museums. The work of the genius Salvador Dali is printed on it, and the T-shirt is designed in a rugged, yet somehow academic and intellectual mood.
This T-shirt has a strong presence that is as strong as vintage clothing. It is rare to find a vintage T-shirt that fits your size, but you don't have to worry about that. Why not add it to your wardrobe as one of your favorite summer pieces?
This painting is one of Dali's paranoiac critical techniques developed in the early 1930s.
The aspect of paranoia that interested Dali was the brain's ability to perceive connections between things that are not rationally connected.
Dali describes the Paranoiac Critical Method as "a spontaneous method of irrational knowledge based on a critical and systematic objectification of the associations and interpretations of deranged phenomena."
By employing this method when creating his work, he utilizes the active process of the mind to visualize the images in the work and incorporate them into the final piece.
An example of this is the double or multiple image, in which an ambiguous image is interpreted in various ways.

Product name：14/- COTTON CIRCULAR KNIT Insonnia project x marka Tee”Salvador Dalí Ⅱ”
This 100% cotton jersey aims to create a fabric that is rough in the good sense of the word, like those made by American body makers in the 1990s. Carded yarns with a jagged texture are used, and while 16 count yarns are generally used for the thick texture seen in T-shirts of the 90s, this time even thicker 14 count yarns are used to create a fluffy, thicker, and stronger fabric.
