This typewriter fabric is developed from yarn using rare organic Egyptian cotton (Giza cotton).
It is spun in Egypt into a compact yarn with little fluff, and then gas-baked to give it a smooth surface finish. The firm texture unique to Egyptian cotton enhances the tailoring of shirts. The elegant luster, a characteristic of extra-long staple cotton, is also attractive.
Moreover, because it is woven by beating firmly on a shuttle loom, it has a rich expression after washing.
